The interior of the main concrete"ballast" structure that recives the cables on the north side of the bridge. This is looking "in", or away from the main bridge span. The wires sticking out from the ceiling are the support cables, and their caps lie on the ground beside them waiting to be put in place. Here's the opposite direction.
