hawkins house entrance

Snapping an office block near my bus-stop out of sheer boredom. This is the entrance to Hawkins House, one of THE ugliest buildings in the city. Then one evening I saw a model of it from the sixties on TV, and it looked fantastic. The problem is simple: it only looks fantastic from helicopter heights and providing they knock down every other building within seventy metres of it. Stuck where it is and in its current condition I sometimes wonder if it's been abandoned. Am I being mean?? Check out this photo of it and the Screen Cinema.
